Approximately 30 participants per cohort. Combines policy framing with technical grounding — designed for leaders who need to commission, evaluate, or fund H₂ projects without an engineering background.
State agencies, PSUs, industrial developers, and international research consortia have all commissioned purpose-built programmes. Engagements typically run 2 days to 3 weeks, in-person or hybrid, and conclude with a participant-generated deliverable.
